They were so wonderful about rectifying the situation. I attended Swing Optical, and met with the owner for training for contact lenses. He overheard me speaking with my daughter about anxiety and panic attacks. He shared his personal experience with me about anxiety, and offered suggestions on how to combat panic attacks. There were a lot of similarities to his experience as mine. This man went above and beyond and was the most compassionate human being I have ever experienced. I am embarrassed by anxiety, and this man although it is nothing to with his job, showed amazing compassion, integrity, and was a genuine caring human being. I have never experienced such compassion by a business, the fact that he took time out of his day to share his personal experience he has had with anxiety, which is embarrassing for anyone to have was so touching. As well, when I could not actually complete the contact lens training he even gave me a complete refund, I didn't expect this because obviously his time is valuable and he is a business. I recommend all people to attend Swing Optical for all of their eyeglass needs. Just absolutely stunning service, caring and compassionate people. I’ve been to Swing Optical numerous times, and each time I’ve been seen to in a timely manner, and the service has been excellent. They make you feel welcome, comfortable, safe, and assist you with all your needs. I would definitely recommend Swing optical for people of all ages, and especially for those nervous or unsure about checking out a new clinic. The workers are incredibly kind and personable. Overall, a very well ran company that instills you with assurance and trust in those who work there.
