Hey There, I am Sofia Carter. To launch HP Support Printer assistant, double-click on it. To view My PC, press My devices. If there's an exclamation mark next to it, hit Updates. Skip step 6 if Updates does not have an exclamation point next to it. Click Download and install after selecting all of the updates from the Updates available section
