Swing Optical was originally opened in Mission, B.C. in 1985 by Craig and Deb Poole. They owned and operated the growing business for the next 20 plus years. Then, in 2006 the family passed the business on to Satnam Grewal. Satti, as he is known to everyone, takes great pride in his work and his family.

Licensed Refracting Optician
Satti is a Licenced Refracting Optician and working in the industry since 1998. He is very active in our community and involved with the Downtown Business Association for 16 years. Satti is on the board for Mission Community Services, Community Futures and was on the Chamber of Commerce board for several years. He takes pride in offering our customers excellent service with knowledgeable advice.

Dr. Lyndon Balisky

Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Lyndon Balisky received his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. His father was an Ophthalmologist in Chiliwack where Lyndon grew up. He has been providing primary eyecare in Mission for the last 10 years after taking over for Dr. Bowden. He is involved with the Downtown Business Association and enjoys many outdoor activities here in the Fraser Valley.

Dr. Harpreet Gill

Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Harpreet K. Gill received her Bachelor of Science in 2014, at the University of the Fraser Valley and completed her Doctorate in Optometry in 2017, with honors, from Pacific University. She did her internship at sites that specialize in ocular disease, pediatric care/vision therapy, contact lenses, and primary care. During her spare time Dr. Gill enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying new cafes.

Dr. Sukhpreet Gill

Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Sukhpreet Gill was born and raised in Abbotsford, BC. She attended the University of Fraser Valley to earn her Bachelor of Science degree. Following her undergraduate studies, she moved to attend Pacific College of Optometry and graduated with honors in 2017.
Dr. Gill is an active member of the British Columbia Doctors of Optometry and the Canadian Association of Optometry. She is proficiently trained in primary eye care, ocular disease, and contact lenses.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and explore the natural beauty of BC.

Good eye care is essential for both children and adults to maintain vision and overall health. Regular eye exams and appropriate treatments.
